Managing Director of Nexopharm GmbH. He leads strategy, business development and partnerships along the value chain from GACP cultivation to the pharmacy. His focus is a curated, quality-driven portfolio and dependable partnerships rather than volume.
Responsible Person & Head of Quality
Maryam Eftekhar's path into pharmacy is a story of determination: having come to Germany from Iran at a young age, she completed her Abitur and went on to study pharmacy. Across various roles in community pharmacy she built years of hands-on experience – always close to the people she serves. For more than half a decade she has owned two pharmacies in Düsseldorf, firmly rooted in local primary care. As Responsible Person under § 52a AMG, she is exactly the right person to weigh every aspect and risk of the role – every batch demonstrably meets DAB and Ph. Eur. requirements before it reaches a pharmacy. In her free time, her passion is botany – a return to the origin of pharmacy, the plant.
